In Submitting a RMA request you accept the following terms.

Nexeya is not responsible for lost package or delay of delivery due to invalid address or change of address.

All returns must have the RMA# clearly and prominently written on the outside of the package.

Ensure the product and packaging is adequate to avoid damage during shipping. Nexeya reserves the right to reject any packages that are physically damaged.

Any RMA service is subject to Nexeya's Terms and Conditions.
​
By submitting a request and forwarding a product for repair you accept the costs and terms listed on RMA provided.
