Nexeya is currently seeking a Junior Project Manager for our Markham office.

​

The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for managing all system builds and be the main liaison between production and the customer.  The PM will oversee and communicate the project status from project kick off to system delivery.

​

​Key Responsibilities

​

• Participate in project kick off meeting and assume project control from sales.

• Develop the project plan and keep the project on schedule and budget.

• Issues project reports, metrics and KPIs.

• Address project issues via the CAR and CI process.

• Coordinate and communicate project status on an regular basis.

• Coordinate any change orders.

• Complete the post build review and meeting.

​Requirements and Skills: 

 

• Post secondary education.

• PM certificate (obtained or in process)

• Previous quality experience with an ISO registered company.

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point).

• Excellent problem solving skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Have a sense of urgency and accountability.

• Balance project management with 'hands on' contributions.

• Working knowledge of French and/or German a plus.
